Q: What are the different types of rooms available?
We Have two 125-seat rooms.
We have six 24-seat rooms.
Our classrooms can be combined to create one 300-seat and two 48-seat rooms to accommodate larger events.
Q: What kind of catering services are available?
We currently do not offer catering services but we allow our customers to work directly with the caterer of their choosing.
Our kitchenette includes two large refrigerators, a sink, industrial ice machine, toasters, oven, and microwave
Q: What kind of technology is provided?
Our entire facility is Wi-Fi enabled.
Display your monitor projection screens in each room. We include laminated directions on how to operate each system that can be found on each lectern for easy access.
Q: What kind of features come at an additional charge?
To break-down the large rooms (108 or 110) from the pre-set structure there is a $250 charge per each room.
The break-down for all other rooms is $50 per room.
8-ft table rentals: $5.00 per table (rental only applies if there is no break down fee).
Q: Is there a deposit?
Yes. The client will need to make a deposit of 50% at the time the contract is signed and the room is reserved.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund for cancellation 30 days prior to event.
A 50% refund for cancellation 2 weeks pr
No refund for events cancelled with less than a 2 weeks notice.
Q: What can we expect for setup and arrival?
The Liberty Mountain Conference Center will be open and ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
If you need more time for setup please include that in your reservation and contract.
